After being announced People magazine's Most Beautiful Woman, Gwyneth Paltrow committed a major wardrobe malfunction by appearing at the "Iron Man 3" premiere pantyless in an Alexander Berardi gown. As a celebrity this isn't the first time that Gwyneth has been seen sans undergarments on the red carpet. Anybody remember the goth inspired Alexander McQueen gown she wore at the 2002 Oscars where she didn't wear a bra?
